Established in 1993, the firm has maintained a talented core group of design professionals under the guidance of Sole Proprietor, Lloyd Grinham. The decidedly small complement of staff has a reputation for delivering large-scale projects within time sensitive schedules on budget and on time by encouraging open communication with long standing consultants. This has ensured efficiency, and accountability of each member of the project team who offer their individual expertise to guarantee complete attention and seamless, comprehensive consulting services to each client.

The experience, adaptability and commitment of our staff has enabled the firm to successfully deliver a wide variety of design consulting services encompassing work from small interior renovations to large scale mixed-uses and urban infill developments. We work extensively in the field of Built Heritage Preservation, and in particular the adaptive re-use of heritage structures including such projects as the Seagram Lofts and the Guelph Youth Music Centre.
