Seagram LoftsA 103 Unit loft-condominium development on the historic Seagram lands in the downtown core of Waterloo. This "adaptive re-use" re-development of the two remaining original bonded barrel warehouses involves the total removal of the extensive interior heavy timber barrel racking and introduction of a complete steel and pre-cast concrete floor and roof structural system. The existing historic main facades of the massive brick structures are retained, with generous new fenestration introduced on the remaining facades as an espression of the new loft spaces created within.
